Shipping & Returns

Shipping within Australia AUD$9.50 flat rate. All orders will be sent via registered mail with Australia Post and require the recipient to sign for their parcel. An article ID number will be provided with an email confirming your order has been sent. You may use this to track the delivery of your parcel.

International Shipping AUD$20 flat rate. All orders will be sent via air mail. An article ID number will be provided with an email confirming your order has been sent.

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving payment; however there may be times when this may not be possible. You will receive an email advising you when it has been sent.

Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order upon arrival.

All goods are checked prior to packaging and dispatch. We accept returns if our office is notified within 24 hours from receipt of the goods. Goods MUST be returned within 7 days from notification, in the new and un-used condition it was sent to you in. We do not accept damaged goods. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

Please choose carefully, as unfortunately, we cannot refund an item if you do not like it. We do our best to provide a very detailed description of each product. We may, at our discretion, exchange a product to the same value (excluding shipping costs).
